The Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) is a membership association of 600 factory authorized construction equipment and heavy machinery dealers.

AED members sell, service and rent equipment to such markets as heavy and light construction, mining, agriculture, forestry, aggregates, engines and industrial. They account for over 70% of the heavy construction equipment and related machinery, supplies and services in the U.S. and Canada.
